this act made a sensation and differences in the legal community and the journalism and all circles, This act met by shocking and exciting blessing in the Arab street and in many parts of the world, the thing that encouraged many people to review the reasons behind this blessing, by large segments of people and communities in the world,

Q1/ Abdel-Hamid Elsayeh: We would like to go back to your apology for Mr. al-Maliki?

A1/Zaidi: Of course it was a bargaining, they brought me, after they took blood from me, and brought a pickup, then covered me with a blanket, since I was smashed, and put me in the car.

I was surprised, but I was occupied with the core issue, that I returned the consideration, but the word that made me lose the control over my self, is that, he swore by God that my family and my sisters, are all under torture, in lewa Baghdad,

A53/ Zaidi: After I called Babu Hayah, and told him that they assigned a lawyer for me, and they took my statement, including the chaos,

and I was there with the prime minister’s protection, gaining the time, through them, in fact I succeeded, but in front of the investigating judge I said: no this is not true.

Q1/ Abdel-Hamid Elsayeh : denied..denied what?

A1/ Zaidi: I said: there is some saying as an admission, that :I am from the party of so and so..there are no parties, he asked me whether I have signed , I said to him: no.

A2/ Zaidi: The apology was not included in the confession,( then, it is an apology for something not apology for everything.
